The stay was exceptionally relaxing, particularly thanks to the wonderfully comfortable bed in the king room with garden view. I enjoyed waking up to stunning views of Snowdonia, which really made my trip memorable. The breakfast offered a lovely variety of options, and having fresh milk for tea and coffee was a thoughtful touch. I was also pleased with the close proximity to the New Precipice Walk, making it easy to enjoy a day of stunning scenery.

Chris was an absolute chommie, even had a lekker brekkie spread with shakshuka that hit the spot! The room was spacious and comfy, felt like a home away from home. Plus, the views were just insane—waking up to that was a vibe!

Finding parking was a bit of a mission, just keep that in mind if the place is fully booked.

Bryn Mair is a beautiful period house with stunning views over Dolgellau. The spacious rooms were thoughtfully furnished, and we all loved the hearty breakfasts—especially the pancakes! We also enjoyed exploring the lovely gardens together as a family. Plus, the distance to Aberdovey Golf Club was just right for a day out.

My kids wished for better outdoor play facilities.
